These are so easy ....great anytime.... Kids can make them Great fast treat for the Holidays as well. Make them watch them disappear

Ingredients
  • 2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 1 kg pkg icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2.... 6 ounce pkgs semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed unsalted peanuts

Directions
  1. Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl roll into balls chill on waxed paper on baking sheet
  2. Meanwhile melt chips with butter in bowl over hot water or in a double boiler stirring to prevent scorching
  3. Remove Peanut balls from fridge insert toothpick and dip in melted chocolate then dip bottom half in crushed peanuts
  4. place back on baking sheet and chill till set. Can be frozen
