Ingredients
  • 1 pound sliced bacon
  • 1-1/2 Cups (4 oz pkg) dried beef, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup chili sauce
  • 1/3 Cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • ----------
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 12 hamburger buns

Directions
  1. Cook bacon crisp, drain on paper towels, dice bacon.
  2. Combine first five ingredients.
  3. Cut buns and place a cheese slice on each lower half, top with bacon mixture, then the bun tops.
  4. Wrap sandwiches in foil and refrigerate until serving time.
  5. Bake in 300 degree oven until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
