Bruschetta

- 3 cups tomato (diced but not deseeded, allow juices to come to top and remove the juice you can save this for any other purpose) shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion (minced) shopping list
- 3 tbsps basil (minced) shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (this is one time you don't want to skimp on cost it does matter) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 12 to 24 hours serve over freshly roasted crustinie - a curl of Pecorino Romano and you have a great appie!! enjoy!
