How to make it

  • Combine first eight ingredients, beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir pecans and almonds into mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.

    This pie is so good!!!
    I only had 1/2 cup light corn syrup so I also used 1/2 cup rice syrup to make 1 cup of syrup. I also didn't have any almond extract or chocolate extract, so I just omitted them. Even though I had to substitute some syrup and omit some extracts this pie still came out awesome!
    This is a great variation of pecan pie. Thanks for sharing!
