How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mix wine, vinegar, cider, honey, mustard, soy sauce, molasses, garlic, salt, pepper and ginger.
  • Pour into heavy roasting pan then add brisket and cover then place in oven.
  • Cook 50 minutes then remove brisket from liquid and set aside.
  • Transfer liquid to pan and cook over medium heat until reduced to a glaze and fairly thick.
  • Heat great using apple wood then smoke brisket 1 hour.
  • Turn meat and brush on glaze of sauce every 20 minutes.
