Apple Barbeque Brisket

- 2-1/2 pound brisket shopping list
- 3-1/2 cups apple cider shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Mix wine, vinegar, cider, honey, mustard, soy sauce, molasses, garlic, salt, pepper and ginger.
- Pour into heavy roasting pan then add brisket and cover then place in oven.
- Cook 50 minutes then remove brisket from liquid and set aside.
- Transfer liquid to pan and cook over medium heat until reduced to a glaze and fairly thick.
- Heat great using apple wood then smoke brisket 1 hour.
- Turn meat and brush on glaze of sauce every 20 minutes.
