Tarragon Vinegar

This must be put up ahead of time, but it is a lovely thing to have on the shelf. It also makes a handsome gift for yer friendly foodie. Use wherever its flavor would be welcome.
Ingredients
- 1 pt bottle of apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2-3 large sprigs fresh tarragon shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic shopping list
- 1 clove, the pumpkin pie kind ;--) shopping list
How to make it
- Open the bottle of vinegar.
- Feed the stems of tarragon inside. Add the clove.
- Put a toothpick through the garlic clove, tie a thread to the toothpick, and drop the garlic into the bottle. Tie the thread around the neck of the bottle. Remove after 1 week.
- Put aside for at least 2 weeks.
- If you find a pretty bottle and tie something rustic around the neck, this makes a lovely hostess gift or housewarming present.
