Delicious and easy potato salad. You'll find yourself baking extra potatos just to have some left to make this salad.

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs cold baked potatoes
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice.
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard.
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery.
  • 2/3 cup sweet pickle relish.
  • 1 cup salad dressing (Miracle Whip type)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Peel and chop potatoes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Chill.
