Spicy Hoisin Salmon

- 1/4 c hoisin sauce shopping list
- 2Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 2tsp rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/2tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1/4tsp red pepper flakes shopping list
- 4 pieces salmon filet,about 6 ozs. each shopping list
- lemon wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a small dish,stir together the hoisin,soy sauce,vinegar,ginger and red pepper flakes. Place salmon in prepared dish and spread top of each filet with hoisin mixture.
- Roast at 450 for 10 mins. Spread remaining hoisin mixture over the samon and top with the scallions. Roast an additional 5 mins.
- Serve with rice and broccoli and lemon wedges as garnish.
