How to make it

  • Mix berries and rhubarb with sugar and flour and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients till crumbly ( use a pastry blender or your fingers
  • Evenly spread over fruit mixture.
  • Bake 375 about 45 minutes until top is crisp and lightly browned
  • Optional: for a super duper crunch dessert serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream/topping
