Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch Dessert

- 1 cup white sugar ( even a bit less also work ) shopping list
- 3 Tbs flour shopping list
- 3 cups fresh sliced strawberries shopping list
- 3 cups diced rhubarb shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 cup butter ( 3/4 cup also works too ) shopping list
- 1 cup rolled oats shopping list
How to make it
- Mix berries and rhubarb with sugar and flour and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix the remaining ingredients till crumbly ( use a pastry blender or your fingers
- Evenly spread over fruit mixture.
- Bake 375 about 45 minutes until top is crisp and lightly browned
- Optional: for a super duper crunch dessert serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream/topping
