I found this recipe on the UK Oceanspray site, and it looks great!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz (250ml) Ocean Spray Cranberry High Juice
  • 26 oz (750ml )soda water
  • 6 oz (150g) of raspberries or other soft red fruit
  • 1 Tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 2 large sprigs of mint
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions
  1. Mash half of the raspberries with the sugar, a sprig of torn mint leaves and a squeeze of half a lemon and half an orange.
  2. Pour into the bottom of a pitcher.
  3. Cover with the Ocean Spray Cranberry High Juice, soda water and ice.
  4. Top with the remaining raspberries, a few slices of lemon, apple and orange and the remaining mint leaves.
  5. Serve in tall glasses.
