This is a very simple dish,Its not hard to make,And my family loves it.. Goes with mash potatoes,salad.

Ingredients
  • 8 pc boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour,
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cup oil,for frying

Directions
  1. Place each slice chicken breast between wax paper and flatten
  2. with mallet to about 1/4 inch.Pour salt on both side,and place it on a plate,put flour on a plate,beat the two eggs with a little salt.Dip the
  3. slices into flour,eggs,then bread crumbs.Heat oil in frying pan very quickly fry cutlets on each side until they become light golden in
  4. color.Serve with mash potato,
