Cherry Mocha Charlotte

- 2 (3-ounce) packages lady fingers shopping list
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 1/4 cup cool water shopping list
- 1 (5-ounce) package cook-and-serve chocolate pudding shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons strong coffee shopping list
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling - divided use shopping list
How to make it
- Line sides and bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan with lady fingers.
- Combine gelatin and water; set aside.
- In medium saucepan combine chocolate pudding and milk.
- Stir constantly over medium heat until pudding comes to a full boil; remove from heat.
- Stir in gelatin and coffee; cool.
- In large mixing bowl, whip cream.
- Fold in cooled pudding and 1 cup cherry fruit filling.
- Spoon into spring-form pan and freeze 3 hours.
- Remove sides of pan and top with remainder of cherry fruit filling.
- Cook's Tip: Garnish with chocolate curls if desired.
