I've been experimenting alot with peanut butter & bananas. Here's another unique snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon bowl margarine
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Spread margarine on one side of each tortilla
  2. Spread the opposite side with peanut butter
  3. Place one tortilla in skillet PB side up, lay banana slices on top.
  4. Cover with other tortilla margarine side up.
  5. Fry in pan on med-high heat until tortillas are golden brown and PB is gooey.
  6. Remove from pan and let cool about 2 to 3 minutes (PB is hot!)
  7. Serve with a drizzle of honey.
  8. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
