How to make it

  • Wash and destem the spinach then chop into strips and set aside.
  • Wash and deseed the pepper.
  • Dice pepper and add to the spinach.
  • Skin chicken breast and cut into strips.
  • Bring broth to boil in a covered pan.
  • Add tortellini to broth and boil gently uncovered 8 minutes.
  • Add all vegetables, chicken and seasonings then bring to boil over high heat.
  • Reduce heat to simmering then cover and cook until chicken is no longer pick in the middle.
