Cherry Salsa

- 3 cups sweet, pitted cherries shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely diced yellow bell pepper shopping list
- 12 cup finely diced red onion shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 1 clove minced garlic shopping list
- 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Chop 2 3/4 cups of the cherries. Place the remaining 1/4 cup cherries in a blender with 1/4 cup water and puree. In a large bowl, mix the puree with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, to allow flavors to combine.

I love the sweet and sour in this salsa, Great recipe - I think this could also work great with pork or chicken :)
