How to make it

  • Chop 2 3/4 cups of the cherries. Place the remaining 1/4 cup cherries in a blender with 1/4 cup water and puree. In a large bowl, mix the puree with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, to allow flavors to combine.
