Pork Chops With Mushroom Onion Gravy Recipe
These are very moist and very creamy. Goes great with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 white onion chopped

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet.
  3. Add chops and brown on both sides.
  4. When chops are almost done sprinkle marjoram on both sides.
  5. Stir together half the can of soup, water, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour into a foil lined rectangular baking pan.
  7. Put onions and then browned chops on top of the soup mixture.
  8. Spoon remaining soup over the top of chops so they are covered.
  9. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
  10. Take off foil and bake another 20 minutes.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This is one of our favorite winter meals. The only diffrence is I don't bake it.. I just make in my elec skillet. Wonderful taste!
