Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook 1 pound noodles in 3 qt water with 1-1/2 tbs salt.
  • Chop or grate cabbage until fine.Sprinkle with 1/2 tbs salt and let
  • stand for about 5,minutes.Then saute cabbage in oli until cabbage starts to brown a little.
  • Season cabbage with pepper to taste.
  • Combine with cooked noodles.

    I make something like this, but I often add ramen noodles instead of plain. The browning of the cabbage really makes this flavorful. I also add onions, but it is good without them.

    Only thing missing is Garlic, I use either fresh cloves or jarred Garlic from the Jar a heaping table spoon full, cut enough cloves to match or your taste. Ohhhhhhh so gooood! Make sure everyone also eats it with you, then there is not problem.
    And the folks from Transylvania, you might want to stay from this adjustment.
