Kadai Paneer

- 500gramspaneer (cottage cheese) OR tofu shopping list
- 100 grams capsicum shopping list
- 1 tsp Hommade garlic paste shopping list
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds shopping list
- 5 whole red Chillies shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon dry kasuri methi shopping list
- 2 chopped green Chillies shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger shopping list
- 4 chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander shopping list
- 3 tablespoons ghee shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the paneer and capsicum into thin long strips, not very thick. Pound
- the coriander seeds and red Chillies together and keep aside.
- Heat the ghee, add the Hommade
- garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds. Add the capsicum
- and pounded spices and cook on a slow flame for half a minute. Add the green
- Chillies and ginger. Wait for a few seconds and add the tomatoes. Cook until the
- ghee separates. Add the Kasuri methi leaves and salt and fry again for a few
- seconds. Finally, add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot
