Red Onion Couscous

- 2 tbsp flaked almonds shopping list
- 16 oz chicken sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 8 oz couscous shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly toast the almonds in a dry pan and set aside.
- Heat up stock and add olive oil.
- Place onion and couscous in a medium mixing bowl and add heated stock.
- Stir gently, then cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- Once couscous has absorbed the stock, lightly fluff with a fork.
- Sprinkle with almonds and season to taste with salt and pepper.
