Ingredients

whole grain cous cous

salsa of your choice

mexican cheese grated in package

onions

corn

parsley

olive oil

black olives

after baking add put some sour cream and avocado on the top and this one is good...

Directions

make the cous cous per package...chop up the onions and add a can of your favorite south of the border salsa..add some chopped up corn and black olives. drizzle olive oil over the top before putting in the oven.... Put this in a baking dish and top with grated mexican cheese and sprinkle with parsley....let this bake in the oven for about 40 minutes medium heat...

This is a south of the border delight.
