- whole grain cous cous shopping list
- salsa of your choice shopping list
- mexican cheese grated in package shopping list
- onions shopping list
- corn shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- black olives shopping list
- after baking add put some sour cream and avocado on the top and this one is good... shopping list
How to make it
- make the cous cous per package...chop up the onions and add a can of your favorite south of the border salsa..add some chopped up corn and black olives. drizzle olive oil over the top before putting in the oven.... Put this in a baking dish and top with grated mexican cheese and sprinkle with parsley....let this bake in the oven for about 40 minutes medium heat...
- This is a south of the border delight.

Wow, I always thought my daughter was a little unusual because she likes melted cheese on her cous cous. Now I'm finding that many people enjoy it that way. Thanks so much for a great recipe Susie. It's "5" fork winner for sure.
