How to make it

  • make the cous cous per package...chop up the onions and add a can of your favorite south of the border salsa..add some chopped up corn and black olives. drizzle olive oil over the top before putting in the oven.... Put this in a baking dish and top with grated mexican cheese and sprinkle with parsley....let this bake in the oven for about 40 minutes medium heat...
  • This is a south of the border delight.

    never had cheese and couscous before and didn't know you could get whole grain either so big learning curve, nice post cheers
