YUMMY! Hot fudge topping for ice cream is the best. My famiy has enjoyed this recipe for years. It is even better if you use mexican vanilla. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix together everything EXCEPT the vanilla in a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a free boil for 1 1/2 min
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Keep refrigerated and reheat as needed for ice cream topping.
  5. Option: For frosting decrease milk by 1/4 cup and beat until creamy and frost cake
