How to make it

  • Mix together everything EXCEPT the vanilla in a sauce pan.
  • Bring to a free boil for 1 1/2 min
  • Add vanilla.
  • Keep refrigerated and reheat as needed for ice cream topping.
  • Option: For frosting decrease milk by 1/4 cup and beat until creamy and frost cake
