Ingredients

Sugar free chocolate ice cream

sugar free jello chocolate pudding

sugar free hersheys chocolate syrup

low fat whipped cream

slivered almonds

optional (chocoate weight watchers cake, one point in box)

Directions

Take a few big scoops of sugar free ice cream and make it chocolate...then put on top of the ice cream sugar free jello chocolate pudding. top with off with carb free low fat whipped cream followed by slivered almonds. Then pour over sugar free hersheys chocolate syrup This one is sumptuous and sugar free and great for diabetics and people counting calories..just a few points on weight wathers, as well....and if one wants, one can add a one point weight wather chocolate cake under the ice cream and pudding for a truly delightful, sinful, desert free of calories and sugar....
