How to make it

  • In a large wok or deep shallow saucepan with a lid, heat olive oil.
  • Add sliced onions and cook over medium flame until transluscent, about 10 minutes.
  • Place drumsticks on bottom of pan, scooping the onions onto the top.
  • Add spices, reduce heat to low and cover.
  • Cook covered for 30-40 minutes until drumsticks are juicy and cooked through, turning them every 10-15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
