Home-made Almost-like-Baileys Recipe Nazzb / All my dishes

I love Baileys and any other irish cream liqueur. I found this recipe in a magazine cuting, many years ago, and I have been making it ever since. I stated for 4 servings, but you would be preety wobbly if you had a quarter of that!

Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • the same measure boiling water
  • the same measure whisky (I use any blended)
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 3 drops vanilla essence

Directions
  1. Dilute the condensed milk in the boiling water.
  2. Add coffee and vanilla.
  3. Add whisky.
  4. Whisk everything untill well blended.
  5. Let it cool.
  6. Pour into bottles, and keep in the freezer, for when you have a craving- that for me is too often...
