How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chops in a casserole dish. In same skillet, melt butter, add mushroom slices and saute 2 minutes. Add soup and water; heat, stirring until well blended. Add parsley, sour cream and 1/2 can of onions. Mix well; pour over pork chops. Cover and bake in a 350* oven for 1 hour. Remove cover and sprinkle remaining onions on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes more.

    we just had this tonight, and it was very good, while frying I used garlic pepper, regular pepper and some salt and once it was done baking it was tender and very good, we'll definitely be having this again, thanks! oh by the way, I'm not really one for chops but couldnt pass this up and I think I'll get back into them lol
