- cooked rice, as directed on a package with fresh lime and cilantro added after cooking shopping list
- Sauteed lean ground beef spiced with taco seasoning shopping list
- Home cooked pinto beans, OR from the can, and warmed (may also use black beans, and if from the can, rinse) shopping list
- Shredded lettuce shopping list
- Shredded cheese, your favorite shopping list
- chopped tomatoes or salsa (grape tomatoes are also good) shopping list
- Sliced avocados that have been dipped in lemon or lime juice shopping list
- Sliced green onions shopping list
- Black sliced olives shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- Favorite chips on the side shopping list
How to make it
- This is so easy, so colorful, so delicious, so creative
- Place cooked rice, cooked meat, cooked beans, and all other ingredients in individual bowls
- Each person selects favorites from the bowls and builds a mountain on a dinner plate
- Children love this as well as adults, and it's fun to see how different people "build" the mountain on the plate
- Great for a party or buffet, so, so colorful
