Egg-Free Toffee Chip Cookies

- 1/2c butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2c sugar shopping list
- 1/2c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4c water shopping list
- 1/4c canola oil shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 21/2c all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2c milk chocolate English toffee bits shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl,cream butter and sugars. Beat in the water,oil and vanilla. Combine the flour,baking powder,baking soda,and salt;gradually add to creamed mixtureand mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon-fuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets;flatten with the bottom of a small glass.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins or till edges begin to brown. Remove to wire racks
