Egg-Free Toffee Chip Cookies Recipe
Toffee and chocolate chips make these crisp,lower calorie cookies taste anything but light. Also great for anyone with egg allergies.

Ingredients
  • 1/2c butter,softened
  • 1/2c sugar
  • 1/2c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4c water
  • 1/4c canola oil
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 21/2c all-purpose flour
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2c miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2c milk chocolate English toffee bits

Directions
  1. In a large bowl,cream butter and sugars. Beat in the water,oil and vanilla. Combine the flour,baking powder,baking soda,and salt;gradually add to creamed mixtureand mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  2. Drop by rounded tablespoon-fuls 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets;flatten with the bottom of a small glass.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins or till edges begin to brown. Remove to wire racks
