Southern Favorite Sweet Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine the eggs,milk,sugar,pineapple juice,butter and vanilla. Gently stir in sweet potatoes. Transfer to a 3qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Combine the topping ingredients;spoon over the sweet potato mixture. Bake,uncovered,at 350 for 40-50 mins or till bubbly and golden brown.

    Yummy! I bet the pineapple juice really makes this one great. I love sweet potatoes anyway! This is a keeper for sure.
