Peach Sauce For Mini Meatballsor Cocktail Fanks Recipe

Ingredients

2 Ts butter

1/2 cup coarse chopped pecans

1/4 cup chopped red onion

2 tbs yellow mustard

2 tbs molasses

3 cups fresh or frozen chopped peaches

2 tbs snipped parsley

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan and add onions, nuts and cook about 5 minutes.

Stir in mustard, molasses and add peaches and heat through.

Just before serving, add parsley.

This sauce can be mixed into ready heated and prepared meatballs or cocktail franks
