Munster Chicken

My daughter shared this recipe with me. It's mild flavored, but delicious.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breast (or 8-12 boneless chicken thighs) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup Italian or Parmesan bread crumbs shopping list
- butter or olive oil to brown chicken shopping list
- 1/2 can chicken broth shopping list
- Munster cheese sliced shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk eggs.
- Place chicken in eggs and let soak for 5 to 10 minutes
- Dip chicken in bread crumbs
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Brown chicken
- Transfer to 9x13 baking dish
- Pour chicken broth to 1/4 to 1/2 inch up chicken
- Place 1/2 to 1/3 slice of munster cheese on each piece of chicken (a piece large enough to cover the piece of chicken)
- Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done and lightly browned
- Squeeze juice of lemon over chicken and serve
