Ingredients
- 4 oz blue cheese, any kind crumbled shopping list
- 4 scallions chopped ( white and green parts ) shopping list
- 1 Tbs brandy or cognac shopping list
- 4, club steaks, 1 inch thick shopping list
- pepper to tase shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble blue cheese with scallions, brandy and pepper
- Briol steaks 4 inches from heat. for 6 minutes.
- Flip steaks over and spread with cheese mixture and broil another 6 minutes for medium rare
- Serve immediately
