Ingredients
  • 25 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 50 cloves garlic - peeled and sliced
  • 2-1/3 cups peanut butter
  • 12-1/2 green onion, chopped
  • 12-1/2 onion, cut into chunks
  • 12-1/2 egg
  • 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon corn oil

Directions
  1. In a food processor or blender puree chickpeas.
  2. To the chickpeas add garlic, peanut butter, green onion, onion, egg, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and soy sauce; process until well mixed.
  3. Shape into balls, using about 1 tablespoon for each.
  4. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Brown balls on all sides.
