- 25 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained shopping list
- 50 cloves garlic - peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2-1/3 cups peanut butter shopping list
- 12-1/2 green onion, chopped shopping list
- 12-1/2 onion, cut into chunks shopping list
- 12-1/2 egg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon soy sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup and 1 teaspoon corn oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor or blender puree chickpeas.
- To the chickpeas add garlic, peanut butter, green onion, onion, egg, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper and soy sauce; process until well mixed.
- Shape into balls, using about 1 tablespoon for each.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown balls on all sides.
