How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Combine the mushrooms, spaghetti, turkey, broth, onion, condensed soups, pimiento, salt, pepper and 1 cup of the Cheddar in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake until bubbly and the cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes longer.
