Ingredients
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, browned and drained
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Layer potatoes, onions apples and sausage in 2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over casserole. Bake for one hour until potatoes and apples are tender.
