Florida Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

1 large avocado. (Florida) or 2 smaller Hass

1 TBS lime juice

1 TBS garlic powder

1 1/2 TBS mayo

3 tsp seasoned salt (I use Jane's crazy mixed up salt)

1tsp crushed red pepper flakes

"some" black pepper (few dashes or so...)

Directions

cut open avocado and remove pit.(you can grow the pit in a cup of water... just stick toothpicks in to keep half of it out of the water)

add all the other ingredients and mash with either a potato masher or fork, depending upon how smooth or chunky you like.

you can also add fresh tomatoes if you like(drain them on a paper towel first)

serve with chips, pitas, or just a spoon!

OOO! * I chill my avocado about an hour or two beforehand.*
