How to make it

  • Combine garlic, ginger, sherry and sesame then add wings to marinade for 1 hour.
  • Combine cornstarch, flour and baking powder then stir in egg and milk.
  • Pat wings dry then dip in batter and drip off excess.
  • Heat oil to 350 then fry wings a few at a time for 4 minutes.
