Sour and Spicy blends just nice and it will make a great companion on a cool evening .

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 C white part of spring onion chopped
  • 1 green chilli - slit
  • ......
  • 4 tbsp green peas
  • 2 tbsp green capsicum , 2 tbsp carrot , 4 tbsp cabbage , 6 babycorns - chopped
  • ...............
  • 1 tomato cubed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp light soysauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato soup
  • 1 stock cube
  • 3 C water
  • ................
  • 4 tbsp green part of springonions , sliced
  • 1 tsp cornflour mixed in 3 tbsp water

Directions
  1. In a wok , saute the chilli , paste and onion on high heat .
  2. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 4 mins .
  3. Add the tomato cubes , sauces , the water and everything .
  4. When boil , add the onions and cornflour .
  5. Once boil and thickens , serve hot with noodle/pasta .
