All the flavours and textures of a real cheesecake, but with very little effort! This can be whipped up in 2 minutes (or less! depends how eager you are...LOL) This recipe was invented because I was craving cheesecake but didn't want to go to the tro... More

Ingredients
  • 8 graham crackers (sometimes called graham "wafers")
  • 1/2 cup block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp real blueberry syrup
  • handful of frozen blueberries, thawed
  • ***note*** any kind of fruit preserves can be substituted for the syrup and frozen berries

Directions
  1. Stir the syrup and blueberries into the softened cream cheese.
  2. Spread equal amounts on each graham cracker.
  3. Eat and enjoy!
