Beef Tapa is a popular Filipino dish. It's very easy to make! NOTE: if you don't plan on cooking everything at once, you can toss the rest in the freezer and thaw it whenever you want it.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic (crushed)

Directions
  1. Mix well soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
  2. Add thinly sliced beef in the marinade.
  3. Cure the meat inside the ref for 24hrs.
  4. Fry beef in a hot pan with vegetable oil.
  5. Serve with rice and fried egg. (^_^)
