THE 1 Cupper

Just when you think you have nothing to satisfy that sweet tooth... This is great because most people have these few things already in the pantry!! Bakes up beautifully!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup self rising flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- fruit of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350
- melt butter in 13x9 dish in oven
- meanwhile, mix together sugar, flour, and milk until smooth
- remove butter from oven and pour batter over top
- place fruit on top
- bake for about 40 minutes until golden
- **if using can fruit, drain first**
- ***if using fresh fruit, sweeten first: about 1/4 cup sugar***
- **batter will bake up around fruit. if you want you can brush a little melted butter on top after baking and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon...especially well with peaches**
