Pineapple Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour, soda, eggs, cinnamon, and nuts; mix well.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan.
  • Bake 35 minutes.
  • Cool
  • Spread cream cheese frosting over brownies and chill.
  • For frosting:
  • cream cheese and butter together
  • add vanilla, sugar and mix until creamy.
