Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn, Green Giant or Del Monte'

1 stick butter

8 oz. shredded cheddar, mild or medium

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

salt to taste

Directions

In medium saucepan, melt butter.

Add green onions and cook for 1 minute.

Drain and stir in corn and cheese.

Continue to cook until cheese is melted.

Stir in cracked pepper and salt to taste.

Serve hot!
