Pineapple Honey Rice Dessert Recipe

A unique recipe for a rice based dessert
Note, one can substitue sugar instead of honey as the sweetener if they wish . Splenda may be substituted for a almost sugar free dessert also

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked long grain rice- about 1 cup uncooked
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained, 15 1/2 oz
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Directions
- While rice is hot, add drained pineaple and honey.
- Cool to room temperature.and fold in whiped cream
- Chill until ready to serve
