How to make it

  • Brown chicken breasts in butter
  • Mix chicken stock, garlic, pepper and tarragon
  • Add to chicken and simmer for 20 minutes
  • Remove chicken and add sour cream
  • When sauce is creamy and thick add lemon juice
  • Return Chicken to sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Serve with brown rice and any green vegetable.
