Anyone care for Baked Pineapple? Just guess on prep time. Bake time includes baking of the meringue.

Ingredients
- 1 can (no.2) pineapple, cut in bite size pieces
- 4 egg yolks beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsps. flour mixed with juice from pineapple
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 8 tbsps. sugar
Directions
- Mix sugar and flour together, add egg yolks and mix well.
- Add pineapple and pour into baking dish.
- Bake in oven 400 for 50 minutes or until thick.
- Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, add sugar a little at a time, beating after each addition.
- Place meringue on top of pineapple and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes.
