Rum Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained shopping list
- 1 cup rum shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Place chicken pieces rib side up in a lightly greased rectangular baking dish.
- Cover dish and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove cover and flip chicken pieces then place pineapple around chicken.
- Pour rum over all then cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
