How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients except milk.
  • Add milk and stir until all lumps are gone.
  • Bake in a greased 8-inch pan 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • The middle tends to be doughy so definitely test with a toothpick.
  • Ice with your favorite icing, or eat plain. Goes great with low-fat whipped cream, or Creme Fresh :+D
