Ingredients

4 tsp prepared hot mustard

4 tsp wine vinegar

2 tbs grated fresh horseradish

1 tbs honey

6 tbs heavy cream

1/4 cup soft whole grain bread crumbs

Directions

In a small bowl mix the mustard and vinegar; then blend in the other ingredients.

Let this stand at room temperature 1 hour to let flavors mingle, then serve.
