Tasty Red Snapper With Fresh Herbs Garlic And Olive Oil Recipe
TASTY RED SNAPPER WITH FRESH HERBS GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bradshaw Estate in Big Sandy, Texas in 1993.

Ingredients
  • 2 pound red snapper cleaned but with head and tail
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 large cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Pat dry fish and rub inside and out with oil, juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange fish in an oiled baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate and pour juices around fish.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
