Tasty Red Snapper With Fresh Herbs Garlic And Olive Oil

- 2 pound red snapper cleaned but with head and tail shopping list
- 1/3 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic finely minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme crumbled shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- lemon wedges for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Pat dry fish and rub inside and out with oil, juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Arrange fish in an oiled baking dish and bake 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and pour juices around fish.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
