Triple Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes

Very rich, individual-sized cheesecakes. big favorite among my family and friends. i can only make them if there is a party, or i'll go into a sugar coma from eating too many myself!
Ingredients
- chocolate CRUMB CRUST shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs shopping list
- 6 tbsp melted butter shopping list
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar shopping list
- 6 tbsp cocoa shopping list
- stir together all ingredients shopping list
- cheeseCAKE shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 3 packs (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 3 eggs (room temperature) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- chocolate glaze shopping list
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- melt together all ingredients shopping list
- stir until smooth shopping list
- use immediately shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 300
- paper-line or cooking spray to 24 muffin cups
- press 1 heaping tablespoonful crumbs onto bottoms of each cup
- stir together cocoa and butter
- beat cheese until fluffy
- beat in cocoa mixture
- gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk
- beat in eggs and vanilla
- spoon into cups
- bake 35 minutes or until set
- cool (if cooking spray is used, cool baked cheesecakes. freeze 15 minutes; remove with narrow spatula)
- spread chocolate glaze over top
- refrigerate
